At iAviation, we exist to fill the global gaps in aviation infrastructure and services. Our Advisory Services team works hand in hand with a range of technical experts, providing clients access to services and opportunities that other consultants miss.

THE TEAM
Stephen Jones
Stephen Jones, CDR (Ret.) served in the United States Navy for over 20 years as a Naval Aviator and Commanding Officer. Since retirement, Stephen has served as the Vice President of the Global SOF Foundation (GSF), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for all aspects of SOF on a global scale.

Stephen provides independent consultancy that enhances domestic and international security, technology transfers, and aviation services to optimize the capabilities of governments and partners.

Stephen holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and two Master's degrees from the University of West Florida and the Naval Postgraduate School. Upon retirement, Stephen earned a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. His professional experiences span global development, aviation, organizational development, innovation, macroeconomics, security cooperation, defense financial management, and acquisitions.
Sharon Kaiser
Sharon Kaiser is an operations leader with more than 15 years of managing Government, NGO, and Commercial IT operations for customers serving the private sector, resource- scarce communities, USAID, DOD, NATO, DND Canada, and British SF. She has served in various senior and management positions for globally renowned organizations such as Centrica Energy E&P, Talisman Energy, and Network Innovations Inc.

Sharon is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and Project Management Institute (PMI). Meticulous and results-driven, Sharon brings her negotiation, optimization, and commercial expertise to iAviation.

Sharon holds a bachelor's degree in both Anthropology and Economics from the University of Calgary and a Project Management Professional certification from the San Francisco chapter of the Project Management Institute.
